"Clinical Significance
ANA Screen,IFA, with Reflex to Titer and Pattern (REFL) - Antinuclear antibodies are associated with rheumatic diseases including Systemic Lupus Erythematous (SLE), mixed connective tissue disease, Sjogren's syndrome, scleroderma, polymyositis, CREST syndrome, and neurologic SLE.
